so today was nai's last paper:) and lidia found a bottle of coke and mentos we bought a couple months' back, so off to the beach we went. didn't work, the bottle toppled over:( found dead fish, named it Reindeer and performed a burying ceremony. nai and bec ran and scream in waves. lids and bindi hugged each other. i stood under the green umbrella, and watched. ah, such pretty faces. such familiar personalities, voices, laughs, quirks. how i wish i could pack all of you and bring you to college with me. thank goodness bec's coming. and you all promise you must come visit us okay? okay.
