To Do Lists can save lives.
be realistic when you make your list! my suggestion is to make daily lists. like go for Things to do Today, instead of Things to do this Week. cos that way it's easier to follow, and make it a rule for yourself that you won't go to bed until you've crossed out everything on your list. Use a huge red marker to do the crossing out - a simple gesture, but don't underestimate the sense of euphoria you can get from this.
