I'll give you a hug in the morning,

whether it's dark or light!

A hug to get you smiling,
A hug to keep you warm,
A hug to let you know I’m here,
Through sunshine, rain or storm.

I'll hug you when you’re sad,

I'll hug you to pick up the pieces,
Right from where you fell.

When loneliness comes to surface,
