Tactics of an experienced serial killer

ok the serial killer : first..he drunks the victim with his looks. then, he starts getting close to the victim, and say stuff to the victim that make him seem very very deep,..and sensitive. make the victime swoon by his deepness and sensitiviy. then, the victime would fall in love with him. then .. he would ask the victime out..and they would start a romantic relationship. but........ he tells the victim NOT to tell ANYONE about the relationship..
the excuse is...he just broke up with his ex., he doesnt want ppl to talk about it, but he didnt love his ex at all,..he was suffocating under her..anyways.... after a month or two....
he gets sick of the victim ... and he starts talking about breakups. he cries for the victim..claiming that he doesnt want to hurt her...that he wants the best for her.
he said....he doesnt wanna be in a relationship because breakups hurt.
then... he says... i cant be in a relationship anymore, 'victim'. (name sencored due to privacy)
i feel pressured.. i wanna be free. i still love u a lot, 'victim'. but..i just cant be in a relationship anymore... IM SORRY IM SORRY IM SORRY IM SORRY. then he says im sorry for like 13461041024 minutes
then he says.. i still love you..u will stil be a huge part of my heart..and i dun think i will get into a relationship in the near distance...THEN. he starts writing poems.. 'to express himself'.
writing about what seem to be like the time the 'victim' spends with him. to give the 'victim' hope. to show that...he still 'loved' her.
then........................... one day.......... he breaks the promises COMPLETELY.
everything hes said to the victim, he says...to 'VICTIM II"
and the cycle repeats, to EIGHT UNLUCKY GIRLS, who once thought they were the luckiest girls on earth
and now.....no one knows about the serial killer, ... because he has tricks...to make his victims not tell ANYONE about it
